Jane Weaver, Founder and President
As someone who has both run companies and helped companies run, Jane Weaver has experienced and worked through challenges on each side of that aisle. She was Production Manager for Houston Grand Opera for five years and then headed its touring subsidiary, Texas Opera Theater for nearly a decade. At that time, Jane was named one of “America’s New Leadership Class, 100 Men and Women Under Forty Changing the Nation” in Esquire Magazine. While raising two girls and helping to support her family, she became an arts and nonprofit management consultant and later served as Executive Director of the Community School of the Arts in Charlotte, followed by serving as President of Operation Homefront for North Carolina.
Her professional full-time career positions include President, Executive Director, General Manager, Major Gifts Director, Production Manager, Project Director and Interim General Director. She excels in organization structure and compliance, fundraising, corporate partnerships, budget and financial analysis, brand development, strategic planning and board development. An advocate for strong leadership and compliance, Jane works to recruit effective boards, talented staff professionals and best practices to ensure a strong future for non-profit organizations. She takes a creative approach to challenges by developing new ideas and approaches to better align the organization’s mission for success.
